Hong Kong, 22 January 2025 – This Valentine’s Day, Lanson Place Causeway Bay invites couples to embark on a romantic journey that transcends the ordinary. Guests can indulge in an exquisite five-course dinner at Salon Lanson, with a bespoke bouquet and chocolate gift to take home. Or if they seek a complete getaway, our accommodation package with dining credits and room upgrade caters to every desire.

Dinner Amoureuse

As the elevator opens to Salon Lanson, guests are immersed in the sweet notes of a live piano, flute and saxophone performance. Lovebirds are invited to choose their favourite flowers, with which our skilled florist will craft a bespoke bouquet while they enjoy the meal. Guests will then decorate their chocolate bonbon gift box with personalised messages, creating an edible memento of their special night.

As the evening unfolds, the dinner begins with a shared tin of newly unveiled Salon Lanson-branded caviar in collaboration with Royal Caviar Club, paired with two glasses of champagne. Next, a heart-shaped jelly made from tomato consommé, topped with delicate king salmon rolls, is served as an amuse-bouche for a refreshing start to the meal.

Following this, the Langoustine Ceviche and Chopped Otoro presents oceanic flavours of the season. Sashimi-grade langoustine from Iceland is glazed with zesty lime and chilli blended dressing right before serving. The accompanying chopped otoro belly, enhanced with seasoned soy sauce and Japanese pear, delights the senses, while pickled baby vegetables add a crunchy, tangy contrast.

As the evening progresses, the Canadian Brown Crab Bisque offers soul-soothing warmth, with its rich and creamy crab roe enveloping guests in comfort. Paired with poached Alaskan crab leg, this dish is both nourishing and indulgent.

Building anticipation, the Pan-Fried Line-Caught Brittany Seabass takes centre stage. Its silky, rich flesh, accompanied by a light lime and lemongrass foam, invites guests to savour every delicate bite.

The evening reaches its crescendo with a choice between two main courses. The Smoked French Pigeon with Pan-Seared Rougié Foie Gras promises to impress. Home-smoked with cherry wood, the pan-fried pigeon breast and confit leg showcase Chef Chris’ culinary artistry, while the buttery foie gras adds a luxurious touch. For those with a hearty appetite, the Sous-Vide Stockyard Wagyu Rib Eye awaits. This generous cut of M6-grade wagyu, cooked to perfection, is accompanied by fondant potatoes baked in duck fat and a vibrant beetroot purée blended with balsamic and red wine vinegar.

Finally, the evening concludes with the Raspberry Mousse Cake, a sweet surprise coated in white chocolate, paired with champagne jelly and rose meringue—an enchanting finale sure to melt any heart.
