Superb location surrounded by lots of shopping options and close to MRT. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

We just had the pleasure of staying at the Lanson Place, and it was truly an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, we were greeted by the extremely kind staff who made us feel welcome and valued throughout my stay.

The rooms at the hotel were spacious, beautifully presented, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology that allowed me to control every aspect of my room from the blinds to the lights to the air conditioning.

The amenities at the hotel were wonderful, with the entire property being a work of art adorned with beautiful paintings and fresh flowers. The breakfast was simply amazing, offering a wide range of options and even free-flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne, which added an extra touch of indulgence.

In the afternoon, you’re treated to complimentary canapés and cocktails, and I must give a special mention to Ricky, who worked at the bar. His exceptional service and attention to detail made us feel incredibly well taken care of.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the luxurious rooms to the impeccable service and fantastic amenities, every aspect of our stay was exceptional.

I couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Great location just few minutes by taxi from Central with very quiet and nice rooms. The view was wonderful. Having a kitchen was so handy but the best thing about the property was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and efficient. I accidentally left something at reception when checking out and one of the very kind staff actually went for a walk to find me in the area where I said I was headed! The food in the cafe and staff there were also great. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

A comfortable 'home away from home' in the Mid-Levels - I stayed in Hong Kong for a two-month work assignment and selected Two MacDonnell Road as my temporary residence while in the city. It can be tricky to pick accommodations without seeing a place in person, so I was pleasantly surprised when MacDonnell exceeded my expectations upon arrival.

The building is in a lovely location in the Mid-Levels, just across from the Botanical Gardens and Zoo. Taxis were always easy to catch out front, and a few local bus routes were easy to access too. On-site laundry and a decent gym were convenient bonuses as well. During my stay, the building even organized a fun dumpling-making workshop social event around a holiday.

The daily breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options offered - I selected congee most days, which was fresh and enjoyable. The staff were always warm, courteous and friendly, making it feel more like a home away from home.

My room, on the 31st floor, had a fantastic view facing the Peak. It was quiet, comfortable and well-appointed - a very nice place to call home for my 2-month stay. I felt a bit sad to leave at the end, but I'll definitely be back!

Was staying here for 4 month for business purpose. Great seaview and staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Near by to sai wan ho mtr, walking distance to 7-11,restaurant and grocery shop. Breakfast provided 730-10am and evening cocktail from 6pm-830pm

This place is a gem in Hong Kong East surrounded by all sorts of convenience. We spent a month there for a family vacation and were offered an upgrade to a penthouse overlooking magnificent sea view, which is a really a nice balance of the vibrant city life.

All staff members are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Vincent, Vic, Lilian, Ray, Mandy and the security guards for making it a truly enjoyable experience for us! You are the reason making this place special!

Situated in a very nice neighbourhood on HK island, the stylish apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, nicely tiled floors, and spacious open-plan living areas. Guests can enjoy free internet access, a gym and free breakfast and afternoon snacks. The kitchen is well-equipped, and laundry facilities are available. With excellent transport links, including proximity to the Underground Station, it’s a convenient choice for both business and leisure travellers. Staff are friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

We had a super comfortable stay at this place for two months. Very well maintained property, conveniently located close to Sai Wan Ho MTR station and also close to the park and water front. However the best factor of all was the super friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay most comfortable.

Best place I stayed at in Kuala Lumpur. Booked originally for 1 week and ended up staying a whole month. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is great to relax and they have a cafe by the pool too which serves amazing food and baked goods. Location was great for me, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, night market but still far enough that it’s quiet at night time. I will absolutely be returning here. Highly recommend!

We travel with family therefore decided to try serviced apartment, it is right choice, the apartment with washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen facilities. We cooked in our apartment two nights as we feel pretty tired after whole day sight seeing. The pool is huge and with another kids pool, poolside cafe etc. The view of the apartment is fantastic, our family enjoyed so much, we will be back to Lanson Place whenever we return to KL.

The check in process is very smooth, the hotel arranged early check in for me, highly appreicated. It has a small but very cosy lobby, the apartment is very homy style with full kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, microwave etc, very convenience. Breakfast lounge on 48th has stunning view, due to we want to try the local breakfast, we only go one day but still very enjoyable. Location is very central but quite residential area, walking distance to Jalan Alor and Pavillion mall, highly recommended.

The staff here are wonderful - friendly, smiling, and eager to help with anything you need. The rooms will blow you away too - we had a 1-bedroom on the 41st floor with jaw-dropping views of the city. The rooms have it all - washer/dryer, full kitchen, and more. Housekeeping does an amazing job of keeping it spotless.

Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

Location of the hotel is hard to beat. Hotel has friendly staff although they do not have daily housekeeping in my experience. Housekeeping is instead done every other day. There is also a shared kitchenette that is spacious and generous in terms of amenities. IF you are looking at a place along Orchard Road, it is definitely worth checking this establishment out.

I would definitely recommend Lanson Place for my friends. Wonderful place in Singapore very close to all big centers, for both families with kids (like mine) and couples (like my parents). It has beautiful scenery and very good facilities, that fit for leisure but also for working away. Especially, the staff are very very helpful and friendly - that make us feel like we are in our home. I even received a surprised gift on the birthday. My son would still often talk about his "home" in Lanson even we've moved out for months. Many thanks to all the staff of Lanson Place Winsland for such a nice experience.

Excellent customer service!! We loved the place it is very cosy. Not that crowded. Food is also good but what we loved the most is the service. We spent 3 days and 2 nights for a relaxing staycation and it was just what we needed. the room was so spacious, homey and relaxing.
Food at the cyan modern kitchen was good but our favorite was the breakfast buffet. the view while dining there was pretty nice as well especially during sunset hour.
We also enjoyed the infinity pool at the rooftop and the gym as well. Everything was just really nice.
Lastly, we also enjoyed getting our iced coffee fix at BLK 12 cafe and the high tea experience at Madeleine was something you should also try if checked in during the weekend. All the staff were really friendly and polite too!

The suite is spacious and not compact, especially the bath and powder room. You also have to try the Edge Bar which is one of the best spots at Lanson. The pool with the sunset view is so nice! Also, must tries from the bar are the K-popsicles and the tuna poke.
