I've stayed in many branded 5-star hotels in the world in my decades of business travel, including to Hong Kong. This time, I travelled to HK with my 80-year old mother for a holiday. I booked Lanson Place purely based on the reviews here - thank you, reviewers! This is the best city hotel in the world bar none, even without a bathtub, swimming pool or spa (but the gym is beautiful). The room is a good size by central HK standards with comfortable seating for 3 persons. The attention to detail (e.g. the corridors always smell fresh, heaps of charging points in the room), every courtesy (especially to my aged mother), warmth of the staff and complimentary happy hour bubbles, the list goes on. My first day was exceptionally memorable. The staff flagged down a taxi for us, but the taxi stopped on the opposite side of the road. 2 staff members then accompanied my mother and I to cross the road and flanked us to make sure we boarded the taxi safely away from oncoming cars. The Concierge, Jin and Wilson, are truly exceptional. Jin is genuinely caring and helpful, especially when my mother became a little unwell. Always follow her excellent recommendations! Wilson will risk his life to flag down a taxi for you at evening rush hour, and then warmly welcome you back after your dinner. He is way beyond 5 stars. To me, he was the star of the hotel. After a long day exploring the busy city, someone will always open the door when you arrive at the hotel steps, and welcome you back with a smile. The Salon Lanson where breakfast is served, just exudes class (there's free flow prosecco for breakfast). Keithlyn will make your day. She'll remember your favourite table, newspaper and attend to you with a warm smile, going about her busy morning with quiet professionalism. The breakfast wonton noodles here are the best in HK, don't bother trying this elsewhere. The Sous-chef was really friendly as I nudged him to reveal his secret wonton recipe. I could really gush heaps more about this hotel at the risk of sounding like a sponsored reviewer, which I am not. Lanson Place truly lives up to be one of the (Best) Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Newly renovated hotel (SLH (small and luxury hotel) group). Absolutely no regrets coming here with top notch and personalized service from Jin, Damon, Kenny and Eric. The small touches in the room, amenities and lobby were amazing; eg one can order extra water using an app, there’s fresh bakehouse egg tarts (there’s no need to do the queue) waiting for us at 0900 hours daily in the lobby and free flow Prosecco in the evening. The self service laundry room at level 5 is also a hit with high quality commercial machines and detergents (useful after you come back from one of the trails). I also love the thoughtfully designed work desk with multiple adjacent power points. Will stay here again during my next visit to HK. Highly recommended!

I've been staying at this hotel for nearly three months, and the service has been exceptionally attentive. I would like to commend these wonderful staff members: Leo ,Holly, Damon, Kenny and Kevin, They even prepared a delicious cheesecake for my family's birthday! The hotel is clean and beautiful, and I've enjoyed a restful stay in the suite. It's quiet, and all the facilities are top-notch. Causeway Bay is incredibly convenient, and the housekeeping staff has taken great care of us. Thank you all!

Stayed at lanson place when we did a short trip to hongkong feb24-feb26 '25. So far the best hotel I've stayed. Everyone- from the front desk staff to the restaurant crew, they made us feel so important - little things such as opening doors/waiting at the elevator, it matters so much. Our room was well equipped, with a bday card for husband, fruits, wine and water . My requested iron/ironing board were also granted. The dining room was tastefully decorated with lots of choices for our breakfast. I also did not regret the dinner with my visiting nephew. Food excellent, our ribeye steak. Definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for two and a half months as I first moved to Hong Kong, incredible welcome and hospitality throughout. Would thoroughly recommend. High quality setup in the apartment, good facilities throughout the building, and attentive and helpful staff all round.

I stayed here for the 2nd time in the past half year and: for a reason! Personnel, rooms and location - all deserve a thumbs up! The staff is always friendly and supportive and the rooms are offering a great setting, especially for a longer stay! As well the location is very convenient (supermarket just across the street, walking distance to SoHo/Lan Kwai Fong, bus station in front of the door and a nice view, too). Special thanks to Stanley Ng and his team for support and friendliness!

You get a warm welcome from the staff as soon as you arrived and who are always ready to assist you. Nice, clean rooms with complete kitchen appliances/accessories if you fancy cooking. 5-10 min walk to Shau Kei Wan and Sai Wan Ho MTR stations. Close to bus stations and ferry port going to Tung Lung. Amazing view of Aldrich Bay. Take a walk along the promenade or the park on the other side.

Modern, clean, and stylish. Awesome harbor views for days. Complementary light breakfast and coffee/tea, and beer / wine and hors d'oeuvres at night. Amenities are great- stylish pool, gym, 25th floor open air “yo-garden.” Excellent location right next to Sai Wan Ho bus terminus and a short walk to MTR and numerous restaurants nearby. Quieter neighborhood, very peaceful. Vincent and the entire team are fantastic, attentive to guests’ needs and incredibly kind and welcoming. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay upon arrival to Hong Kong.

Lansen Place Waterfront Suites has exceptional staff and beautiful waterfront rooms overlooking Victoria Harbor. My family (husband and 15 month old son) stayed here for two months and are very sad to leave. The staff is extremely helpful and even willing to show us around the neighborhood on the first day. There is a beautiful park right next to the hotel and the area is stroller friendly, making it a great, safe place for families with little children. It's a quick walk to the MTR station and there's even a shuttle each morning to Taikoo for the guests who work there. Each morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast and every evening they provide happy hour drinks and snacks. It truly is exceptional. If you are looking for a hotel or serviced apartment, look no further.

Best place I stayed at in Kuala Lumpur. Booked originally for 1 week and ended up staying a whole month. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is great to relax and they have a cafe by the pool too which serves amazing food and baked goods. Location was great for me, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, night market but still far enough that it’s quiet at night time. I will absolutely be returning here. Highly recommend!

We travel with family therefore decided to try serviced apartment, it is right choice, the apartment with washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen facilities. We cooked in our apartment two nights as we feel pretty tired after whole day sight seeing. The pool is huge and with another kids pool, poolside cafe etc. The view of the apartment is fantastic, our family enjoyed so much, we will be back to Lanson Place whenever we return to KL.

The check in process is very smooth, the hotel arranged early check in for me, highly appreicated. It has a small but very cosy lobby, the apartment is very homy style with full kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, microwave etc, very convenience. Breakfast lounge on 48th has stunning view, due to we want to try the local breakfast, we only go one day but still very enjoyable. Location is very central but quite residential area, walking distance to Jalan Alor and Pavillion mall, highly recommended.

The staff here are wonderful - friendly, smiling, and eager to help with anything you need. The rooms will blow you away too - we had a 1-bedroom on the 41st floor with jaw-dropping views of the city. The rooms have it all - washer/dryer, full kitchen, and more. Housekeeping does an amazing job of keeping it spotless.

Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

Location of the hotel is hard to beat. Hotel has friendly staff although they do not have daily housekeeping in my experience. Housekeeping is instead done every other day. There is also a shared kitchenette that is spacious and generous in terms of amenities. IF you are looking at a place along Orchard Road, it is definitely worth checking this establishment out.

I would definitely recommend Lanson Place for my friends. Wonderful place in Singapore very close to all big centers, for both families with kids (like mine) and couples (like my parents). It has beautiful scenery and very good facilities, that fit for leisure but also for working away. Especially, the staff are very very helpful and friendly - that make us feel like we are in our home. I even received a surprised gift on the birthday. My son would still often talk about his "home" in Lanson even we've moved out for months. Many thanks to all the staff of Lanson Place Winsland for such a nice experience.

We held our strategic planning at Lanson Place and it was the best decision

On behalf of our team of 25, I extend our sincerest gratitude to Lanson Place for an exceptional experience during our strategic planning event in November 2024.

From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the personalized service. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, consistently addressed us by name and remembered our preferences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This level of personalized service is unprecedented in my experience and significantly contributed to the productive and enjoyable nature of our retreat.

Furthermore, the seamless coordination and support provided by your team throughout our four-day stay were invaluable. During a minor medical incident involving one of our team members' children, the swift and compassionate response from the Banquet Manager and Hotel Manager, Cole, was truly commendable. Their immediate assistance and ongoing support provided immense reassurance to our team member and ensured their well-being.

WOW, This place is the definition of class. The art, decorations, music and layout is so well thought out. The selection of restaurants and bars spread though out the hotel was impressive. There is always a quiet area you can find to relax or share with loved ones.
But, the most impressive thing about the hotel more than anything else, was the staff. The people that are here, are the most friendly, kind, informative and helpful people I have ever dealt with. We stayed 33 days here, so my review is based some time, not just a week.
I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone, you truly get what you pay for. 10/10 in my books.

Amazing location! Beautiful Rooms! Exceptional Staff!
We stayed here for 3 nights, whilst my husband was having surgery & a stay at St Vincent’s Hospital. The proximity not only to the hospital, but also to dining & shopping in the CBD was fantastic!

The first 2 nights were in a Double Studio Room, with kitchenette & washer/dryer. Our view from the 7th Floor was stunning! When I needed to extend for a 3rd night, management went above and beyond to accommodate myself & 2 children.. upgrading us to a 1-Bedroom Apartment. Located on the 6th floor, this room not only had space, but a full kitchen too!

The facilities are beautiful, the pool & spa are ideal temperature, and along with the gym, they were open when we wanted to use them late at night!
The hotel is new, so everything is modern & clean.

What really made our stay were the staff. Everyone was always friendly & helpful.

I would highly recommend Lanson Place Parliament Gardens and will definitely look to stay here again when we are next visiting Melbourne!

Beautiful hotel, soft comfy bed, clean, spacious room with stunning views. Had the most stunning view over parliament gardens. So close to everything. We were attending the Australian Open tennis and could easily catch train from parliament station and later walked back to hotel via a number of roof top bars. Great location

Fabulous staycation at Lanson Place - although we have been recommending to all our interstate friends, it is a must for locals also. Light filled lounge/kitchen with breathtaking views of the Gardens & city, luxurious finishes throughout the whole apartment, super soft bedding and a bath to die for! Service was warm & efficient across all touch points. The merging of the old with the new building is incredibly impressive and sensitively done.

It was so lovely to stay at Lanson Place for a weekend. The exceptional customer service stood out, all staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming.
