Thank you to the team at Lanson Waterfront Suite for making our stay so comfortable and pleasant. You always showed such warmth and attentiveness to all your guests. The service block is located conveniently to Sai Wan Ho & Taikoo, with fantastic transport links, resturants and amenties close by. The apartment was clean with everything you’ll need for a longer stay.

I just stayed at Lanson Place in Causeway Bay, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is not only vibrant but also highly convenient. The newly renovated rooms are premium, classy, and incredibly comfortable, with beds that ensure a great night’s sleep.What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. Every staff member – from the servers, bellboys, concierge, and check-in team to the chefs, restaurant managers, and servers – works seamlessly together to provide top-notch service. Their dedication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kevin Tam, the Senior Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to help me with my request. His professionalism and willingness to assist left a lasting impression.

One of the best family hotels in HK the rooms are good the area is free from traffic and crowd. The food is awesome the staffs are awesome and very helpful. They have free shuttle to IFC centre on weekdays both drop and pickup (check schedule and timings). And overall, very satisfactory stay for our family. The is a supermarket one minute away for all your grocery needs (Fusion) Bus stop just a few steps away to go to MTR station the last station.

So happy to stay at Lanson Place, everyone is so nice and very accommodating it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were very well maintained. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Best place I stayed at in Kuala Lumpur. Booked originally for 1 week and ended up staying a whole month. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is great to relax and they have a cafe by the pool too which serves amazing food and baked goods. Location was great for me, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, night market but still far enough that it’s quiet at night time. I will absolutely be returning here. Highly recommend!

Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

Jenni of FO team always worked her best to fulfil our needs, she was excellent. Hank from Engineering helped us with all maintenance matters in a timely and efficient manner. The Housekeeping team worked very hard to keep our apartments clean. The security staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The Guest Service team is fantastic – Ivan is a very good leader, he always understands our needs and organises wonderful events to bring us much joy.
