To act as a Devoted Host and deliver personal and professional services to guests to ensure that they will have an enjoyable stay and feel at home
To handle full set of guest services from arrival until departure including check-in/check-out, handling guest requests and all guest relations in an effective manner
To take part in guest events to promote and maintain customer-centric relationship with guests
To work in collaboration with other departments for operation efficiency
Requirements
1 – 2 years working experience in hospitality or service industry. Fresh graduates, new to industry will also be considered
Team player with an out-going and spirited personality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work on shift (overnight shift is not required)
Excellent command in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
