This is possibly the most ‘homely’ hotel in HK with extremely personalized service. Had stayed there over a coupe of times and it has never failed to surpass expectations. Location is perfect as you are within Causeway Bay, yet distanced from the crowd and boisterous environment.

It almost feels like a private club with limited access that creates a sense of exclusiveness reserved only for guests. As a boutique property, the staff seems to take a lot of pride in what they do and it shines through their genuine service attitude. Kudos to Albert Cheng and his team.

Must also compliment on design and feel of the property. Very stylish details all round that extends to the room. Love the infused air scent they use as well. Adds to the luxury, homely feel – as if transported to some French mansion.

On the F&B side, despite being a smallish hotel, the spread is impressive! And they even serve Champagne for breakfast! Always felt very welcomed and looked after by Niina and her team! Also a special shout out to Manuel, a truly talented Mixologist (and artist).

Yes, there are big hotel chains all around HK but i would highly recommend to break away from these (chains) *pun intended* and book a stay here.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was blown away by the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The concierge was particularly impressive. They were knowledgeable about the local area and helped me plan my itinerary with ease. When I had a question or needed assistance, they were always just a phone call away. The housekeeping staff was also top-notch. My room was always spotless, and they even remembered my preference for soft pillows. Overall, I had an amazing experience at the Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional service.

Was staying here for 4 month for business purpose. Great seaview and staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Near by to sai wan ho mtr, walking distance to 7-11,restaurant and grocery shop. Breakfast provided 730-10am and evening cocktail from 6pm-830pm

So happy to stay at Lanson Place, everyone is so nice and very accommodating it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were very well maintained. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Best place I stayed at in Kuala Lumpur. Booked originally for 1 week and ended up staying a whole month. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. The pool is great to relax and they have a cafe by the pool too which serves amazing food and baked goods. Location was great for me, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, night market but still far enough that it’s quiet at night time. I will absolutely be returning here. Highly recommend!

Location was great and close walking distance to two train stations and shops. Staff were always friendly and the place is very clean. We used the pool often and gym on a daily basis. The gym is small and when either of us wanted to use the weights area and someone was already there (really only space for one), we then used the outdoor area (door within the gym) so it was fine. Has a communal kitchen which has everything and free self service laundry which we really benefited from having stayed there for 10 nights. We highly recommend this place and would definitely go back again next time we are back in Singapore.

Jenni of FO team always worked her best to fulfil our needs, she was excellent. Hank from Engineering helped us with all maintenance matters in a timely and efficient manner. The Housekeeping team worked very hard to keep our apartments clean. The security staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The wonderful staff all did very good job to make our stay very comfortable and happy. The Guest Service team is fantastic – Ivan is a very good leader, he always understands our needs and organises wonderful events to bring us much joy. The team gives us very warm welcome and very helpful in solving our daily problems. Our family is very happy and lucky to stay with Lanson Place.
