I just stayed at Lanson Place in Causeway Bay, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is not only vibrant but also highly convenient. The newly renovated rooms are premium, classy, and incredibly comfortable, with beds that ensure a great night’s sleep.What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding service. Every staff member – from the servers, bellboys, concierge, and check-in team to the chefs, restaurant managers, and servers – works seamlessly together to provide top-notch service. Their dedication and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Kevin Tam, the Senior Guest Experience Manager, who went above and beyond to help me with my request. His professionalism and willingness to assist left a lasting impression.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a fabulous time. The room was very clean and modern….and I’m fussy! Breakfast was great, the dining area was beautiful and staff at the hotel were lovely. They were always more than happy to help when asked and Leo even walked us out of the hotel in the right direction towards a restaurant to make sure we knew where we were going. We were so well looked after and were able to check in upon arrival in the morning, and also had a later check out time. The laundry room was an amazing bonus and we were so grateful to be able to do a few loads before our next destination. The underground train station is a short, easy walk away. There are so many shops and lots of walk in restaurants close by. My favourite place to eat was ‘Yochi Yochi’ just around the corner from the hotel which serves incredible Japanese kakigori desserts. We will be back if we visit Hong Kong again. Thank you!

Great hotel, good location and very attentive staff! All facilities are top and the room was very nice with all furnishings in highest quality. Reason to choose was its proximity to the Race Track. On my walk back I could enjoy the varied neighbourhood with many bars and restaurants. Will stay there again next time.

The hotel is a member of Small Lux hotel and every detail in the lobby, restaurant and room is carefully polished. The welcome tea upon check-in made me feel warm, and Leo, the front desk staff, warmly introduced me to the hotel facilities and our company's meeting arrangements for the day.

The breakfast is of a very high standard, and the wonton noodle is my favorite and must be ordered every day. The smile of Keithlyn, the restaurant staff, made me memorable, and I received her greetings in the morning to start a nice day. The standard of food and beverage at the hotel is as good as some of the Michelin restaurants, and I would highly recommend having at least one full meal at the restaurant.

Lanson Place Causeway bay was an amazing experience and in an excellent location. The rooms are beautifully styled, welcoming and charming. The linens, pillows and beds were top notch - home away from home. We were spoilt from the moment we arrived with all the extra special touches from the moment we arrived to the hotel, in our room and also when dining. The staff were extremely helpful and attended to all our need with immaculate attention to detail.

We completely fell in love with its warmth and charm, character and all the special touches which made it a truly wonderful experience. Would highly recommend.

Modern, comfortable hotel, with fantastic facilities. The gym and laundry room are a great addition. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of options. The staff are amazing; super friendly and helpful.
