Front Office Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of Front Office, engaged in rooming and cashiering of guests.
- Ensure that all pre-arrival arrangement is handled by Guest Services Officer in line with the Front Office Policy & Procedure standards.
- Check and follow-up on log.
- Ensure rooms are prepared prior to group arrival and ensure that keys and rooming lists are prepared in advance.
- Anticipant guest needs, inquiries, and requests in timely manner. Handle complaints of guest in the absence of the Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager / Duty Manager, and report accordingly.
- Ensure that team members answer the telephone promptly and courteously, greet all arriving guests. Check them in with efficiency, as per policies and procedures
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in Front Office.
- Ability to handle complaints and providing assistance to guests.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility to work independent shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift.
