Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, co-ordinate and participate in the activities of Front Office, engaged in rooming and cashiering of guests.
  • Ensure that all pre-arrival arrangement is handled by Guest Services Officer in line with the Front Office Policy & Procedure standards.
  • Check and follow-up on log.
  • Ensure rooms are prepared prior to group arrival and ensure that keys and rooming lists are prepared in advance.
  • Anticipant guest needs, inquiries, and requests in timely manner. Handle complaints of guest in the absence of the Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager / Duty Manager, and report accordingly.
  • Ensure that team members answer the telephone promptly and courteously, greet all arriving guests. Check them in with efficiency, as per policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Front Office.
  • Ability to handle complaints and providing assistance to guests.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work independent shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift.
