Front Office Guest Services Officer (Lounge)

Responsibilities

  • Implement service of breakfast in line with SOP and established standards.
  • Ensure the regular cleaning, maintenance and upkeep for all equipment in the gymnasium, including ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunction.
  • Maintain and update the records of guests at the breakfast and utilising gymnasium facilities.
  • Under the supervision Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager, and Guest Services Supervisor, prepare daily, weekly, monthly order of items with purchasing including managing inventory

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Front Office (Lounge).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work independent shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift (when required).
