Responsibilities
Implement service of breakfast in line with SOP and established standards.
Ensure the regular cleaning, maintenance and upkeep for all equipment in the gymnasium, including ensuring proper functioning and reporting any malfunction.
Maintain and update the records of guests at the breakfast and utilising gymnasium facilities.
Under the supervision Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager, and Guest Services Supervisor, prepare daily, weekly, monthly order of items with purchasing including managing inventory
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in Front Office (Lounge).
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to work independent shifts, including weekends, public holidays and night shift (when required).
