  Yes, there is a communal kitchen and self-service laundrette at Lanson Place Winsland. The self-service laundrette is equipped with individual washers and dryers, with complimentary usage for all in-house guests. In-room washer cum dryers are also available in all our 1 & 2-bedroom apartment units.
