My wife and I stayed a total of 5 nights. The service was impeccable. The hotel staff Rose Enn are very accommodating, friendly and professional. Our rooms were awesome, clean and comfortable. Our experience at the hotel was perfect. I would totally recommend the Lanson Place Manila. Thank you!

We held our strategic planning at Lanson Place and it was the best decision
On behalf of our team of 25, I extend our sincerest gratitude to Lanson Place for an exceptional experience during our strategic planning event in November 2024.
From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by the personalized service. The entire team, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, consistently addressed us by name and remembered our preferences, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This level of personalized service is unprecedented in my experience and significantly contributed to the productive and enjoyable nature of our retreat.
Furthermore, the seamless coordination and support provided by your team throughout our four-day stay were invaluable. During a minor medical incident involving one of our team members' children, the swift and compassionate response from the Banquet Manager and Hotel Manager, Cole, was truly commendable. Their immediate assistance and ongoing support provided immense reassurance to our team member and ensured their well-being.
The exceptional service at Lanson Place, coupled with the comfortable accommodations and well-appointed function halls, made our retreat a resounding success. We especially appreciated the opportunity to extend our check-out time, allowing us to further enjoy the exceptional hospitality. from that day forward, they become my top of mind for hotel staycation.

A must go to
WOW, This place is the definition of class. The art, decorations, music and layout is so well thought out. The selection of restaurants and bars spread though out the hotel was impressive. There is always a quiet area you can find to relax or share with loved ones.
But, the most impressive thing about the hotel more than anything else, was the staff. The people that are here, are the most friendly, kind, informative and helpful people I have ever dealt with. We stayed 33 days here, so my review is based some time, not just a week.
I strongly suggest this hotel to anyone, you truly get what you pay for. 10/10 in my books.

So happy to stay at Lanson Place, everyone is so nice and very accommodating it exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were very well maintained. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service!! We loved the place it is very cosy. Not that crowded. Food is also good but what we loved the most is the service. Thanks to Jayson, Lin and Julius for providing an excellent customer service making sure that we got all the things we asked and the empty plates are always bust out. We would definitely love to come back!
