I stayed here for almost a month in a Prestige Suite which is well equipped with beautiful toiletries, a Nespresso machine and an app to order anything you need from the housekeeping team. Excellent service - my room was attended every day! It felt a little too much at times but I guess it's a luxury place. Loved the gym in particular with the smart treadmills and views. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful! I didn't use the restaurant as the location was great.

Exceptional from start to finish. Superb customer service. Excellent location near shopping, food and subway. Great breakfast buffet. All in all top-notch service and quality. Thank you Damon for guiding me and helping me check into the hospital that one night. I want to thank the entire team at Lanson who went above and beyond to ensure our most pleasant stay.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are very nicely appointed. There is even a Dyson hair dryer
There is an elegant dining room and we had dinner there a couple times meals were very nice. There’s a beautiful gym and laundry on the fifth floor. Too bad we did not discover that until the last day.

5 star experience in a 5 star property. A lot of human touch and thoughts were put into the property as it makes people feel at home and cosy upon arrival.

The team is meticulous and attentive and always trying to help. What surprised me most was the Front Desk Team, was able to address me upon arrival at the door, without having met before.

Joseph, one of the team members, personally came up to knock the door after I've missed the morning call. That's human touch at the next level.

It was a pity my stay was short and I'm mostly out for meetings. Would love to come back to enjoy the property some day.

It has a quiet ambience despite being in Causeway Bay itself.

My husband and I are exceedingly pleased with this hotel which we called home during our recent one month stay in Hong Kong. It is well situated at a quiet yet convenient location: within walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Causeway Bay's busy shopping malls, whereas public transportation's such as MTR Stations, bus stops and tram stops are just minutes away.
We loved the elegant and tasteful decor of the hotel which was said to have been renovated entirely earlier this year. We loved the cozy little sitting area and the fully equipped kitchenette that are incorporated in our room. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in up keeping the cleanliness of our room and having the toiletries etc. replenished punctually. All these made us feel like it's a home away from home.
Most of all, we were deeply impressed by the professionalism of the hotel staff. From our arrival on day one till the day of our departure, we were pampered by their care and their attentiveness to our needs. Here we want to express our sincere thanks to Leo, Kevin,Wilson, Jin, Polly, Bella, Holly, Eric, Jenny, and especially to Kenny, the concierge, whose thoughtfulness and careful planning helped make it one of the best hotel experiences that we ever have so far.
