This stay experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's cleanliness is very meticulous, the room is bright and odorless, the facilities are complete and functional, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, it is very quiet at night, and I rested very well. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and polite, check-in and check-out are efficient, and they respond promptly to any issues. Excellent location, convenient dining and transportation nearby, suitable for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended, I will prioritize this place next time.

Luxury Defined at Lanson Place Causeway Bay.

For me, Lanson Place Causeway Bay defined luxury. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Causeway Bay with shopping, dining, and transit just steps away. The concierge and staff were consistently polite and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make every part of our stay easy. The property was spotless and pristine throughout. This was one of the best vacations I've ever had, and I'd stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

The best small and luxury hotel.

I really like this small luxury hotel. The decor is a clean, bright, and simple light color scheme. The sunlight in the afternoon when we checked in poured into the room, making us want to change our plans and quietly enjoy the sunlight and beauty in the room. The hotel service is also very good; the staff are all polite and highly emotionally intelligent. This should be the hotel I liked the most during my stay in Hong Kong so far.

Good location, easy to access metro and a lot local shops and cuisines. The room is clean and tidy, while the service is at a great level. 24/7 laundries and fitness room provide a flex on my daily activities, and the facilities of the room provide quiet environment for a good sleep. I would say it's a 100 out of 100 experience for my Hong Kong visit.

A Wonderful Six-Week Stay at Lanson Place

I stayed at Lanson Place Causeway Bay for around six weeks during a business trip to Hong Kong. Although the trip was primarily for work, my family joined me for a week, which made the stay even more special.

The hotel’s location in Causeway Bay is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, public transport, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

What really stood out was the courteous and welcoming hotel staff. Throughout my six-week stay, the team was consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made the hotel feel almost like a second home.

The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a longer stay. Having my family with me for a week made me appreciate the comfort and convenience of the hotel even more.

A big thank you to the entire team at Lanson Place for making my extended stay such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business travellers and families, especially for longer stays. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Home Away From Home.

We have stayed at Lanson on multiple trips since 2013. However this trip is our first stay since Lanson closed for major renovations. Before the renovation, Lanson was already comfortable, understated luxury and well-furnished (we usually stayed at the rooms with the kitchenette). Post-reno, Lanson has been lovely, the rooms are inviting, love the interiors and the details in each corner and toilets are just well-thought of. Thanks too to the lovely staff at the front desk and of course the chambermaids who made sure our rooms were cleaned so well. We will be back for sure.
