The location for us was excellent and convenient with MTR subway and lots restaurants nearby. All the employees from manager Vincent and his team members were very friendly and accommodating, even the housekeeping staffs were patient and attentive to all our needs. The apartment is modern and clean with great views of HK harbor and comfortable furnishings especially the nice bed with a very soft comforter. We very much enjoyed the daily grab and go breakfast, evening happy hour and all day tea and coffee available. Our only issues were slow water drainage when showering and the washer/dryer combo really takes a long time to dry and will shrink some of our clothes, so beware. Again the great staffs from the exceptional leadership of their manager Vincent Ng really made our stay here feel like home.

People works here are all kind and serve the best service.
Breakfast and happy hour snacks were really helpful and enjoyable.
Good to swim everyday with hot weather.
Clean room and facilities were all good, so highly recommened to stay

It was a very convenient 5 week stay. The staff are extremely proactive and always demonstrating a can do attitude. We enjoyed our time and would strongly recommend this to anyone considering to stay here.

We spent a month in the Waterfront Suites visiting family and friends. The location is very convenient for public transport and shopping. We had a great time living in a studio apartment, not just because of the nice accommodation, facilities and sea views; but also the great service from the members of staff who really made their best effort to look after the residents. The grab to go breakfast and evening happy hours were the icing of the cake. All these provide us with a five star living experience. If any cons, it is that one cannot come to stay for less than a month, so no short stay! We would like to thank Vincent, Vic, Lilian, Mandy, Elaine and many other staff members for making our trip so enjoyable!

I stayed here for 3 months and it was an excellent stay, everything is perfectly clean, the staff is welcoming and listening to any request and the flats are tastefully decorated and functional as well as having a superb view.

Excellent service apartments. Great location very near MTR. Apartments beautifully furnished. Staff are amazing - Vincent and the team really look after you and make every aspect of your stay a pleasure. Great amenities- pool, gym and lounge. Breakfast, drinks and snacks are a valuable addition to the fabulous hospitality.

My one month stay extended to three years due to the superb service and genuine care.

Highly recommended!!!
