Joey is super friendly and provide best service! We were upgraded to a larger room with a king bed. They provide free movies and DVDs are free to borrow. The room is very clean. The breakfast is so far so good, but the staffs are very friendly and polite.

I can experience the professionalism and teamwork from making reservation, check in, breakfast, housekeeping to checkout. The entire journey makes me feel that there is still a civilised place in Hong Kong that has not been tainted by mass tourism. Every detail in the room, from electric socket to soap, are all prepared and curated with heart and perfection. Privacy is fully respected. The beverage in breakfast is comparable to top hotel. Special thanks to Jacky, Tracy & Mary, and the smart housekeeping staff who made up my room in lightning speed, and the staff who made birthday arrangement. If you read my review and decide to book this hotel, please keep it in good shape.

we had a nice stay throughout. all staff are very helpful and friendly, namely Kaycee, Tess and Joey. the breakfast was extremely nice, will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return in the near future.

I thought the breakfast was very good in a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I really enjoyed it with a newspaper. My room was nicely decorated with birthday deco which was a nice touch. All the staff including the lady who gave my the pillow were very lovely, excellent service! Very comfortable bed and pillow, I had a really good night sleep.

Really appreciate that the hotel provides professional and outstanding service at all time. Also, the hotel is very tidy and elegant. It is so relaxed to stay at hotel. In addition, room’s design is functional, we could cook in the room. It is really nice and we love it very much.
