We’ve been waiting for Lanson Place Causeway Bay to reopen since the pandemic. This is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, having stayed here for 6 times already. And the newly refurbished Lanson Place Causeway Bay did not disappoint. In fact, it far exceeded our expectations. The new lobby, Salon Lanson with its breakfast spread and afternoon cocktails, fitness centre with new equipment and the personalised service made us fall in love with the hotel all over again. Kudos to the team. We will back soon.

Impeccable service! Truly outstanding, and I will return again for all my Hong Kong stays. The rooms and interior are beautifully designed and appointed. And the icing on the cake is a wonderful breakfast, again superb attention to detail.

The hotel in Causeway Bay is in a very convenient location. At first, there weren't many reviews, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But when I arrived, I felt really comfortable and welcomed. I was with my whole family, including a baby, and we got there early in the morning. The staff was friendly, and I want to thank Kevin especially for helping us get two rooms next to each other and giving us a bigger bed. We can check in at 10 am, and the rooms were very clean. We'll sure come back next time. When we checked out, Kevin was so nice and came to say goodbye to us. I'm thankful for the nice experience and can't wait to come back again.

Leo's attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests were truly commendable. He went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable and memorable. I usually stay in causeway bay when I’m in HK, and this time we decided to stay in a nicer hotel. The customer service was outstanding, and they were very accommodating for my pregnant wife and 9 month old daughter. Would stay here again! 11/10!
