  • The offer is valid from 00:00am on 1 March, 2022 and ending 11:59pm on 31 July, 2022
  • The special rates are for self-quarantine upon arrival in Hong Kong under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599), as set out by HKSAR Government

  • Extra bed is subject to availability upon request
  • Full non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking
  • No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the reservation has been confirmed except in the case of a change of HKSAR Government’s entry policy, cancellation/amendment of flights by the airline and positive test result of a PCR-based nucleic acid test with specimen collected within the 3 days prior to, or on the day of the scheduled day of arrival at Hong Kong, supported by documentary evidence
  • In cases where the Quarantine Guest is subsequently tested positive or is subsequently identified to be a close contact of a confirmed positive case as a result of which the Quarantine Guest will have to be sent to hospital or quarantine centre as applicable and will not return to stay at the hotel for the rest of his/her quarantine period or medical surveillance period, provided that the Quarantine Guest has booked directly with the hotel, the Hotel will make refund direct to the Quarantine Guest for payment made over the part of the quarantine period or medical surveillance period which is no longer in effect. However, the Hotel reserves the right not to make the refund if and to the extent that the Quarantine Guest has failed to remove his luggage from the room which renders it not available for rebooking
  • A 3.5% handling fee will be applied to refund only if the original payment was made through credit card

Special request on the room layout will be arranged according to actual availability. Room assignment including level of floor, room layout will not be guaranteed as changes could happen due to many different unpredictable & uncontrollable reasons
  • Lanson Place Causeway Bay will not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the guests due to the failure to provide accurate information at the time of booking and upon check-in
