As the elevator doors glide open to reveal Salon Lanson, lovebirds will be enveloped in the atmospheric live performance of piano, flute and saxophone. Prior to dinner, select your favourite blooms, with which our skilled florist will craft your very own bouquet.

The culinary journey unfolds with a shared tin of our newly unveiled Salon Lanson-branded caviar in collaboration with Royal Caviar Club, perfectly paired with a glass of champagne. Following this, indulge in a five-course menu lovingly crafted by Executive Chef Chris Leung.

Each dish builds anticipation for the evening, featuring highlights such as Langoustine Ceviche and Chopped Otoro, Canadian Brown Crab Bisque and Pan-Fried Line-Caught Brittany Seabass, along with two main course options including Smoked French Pigeon with Pan-Seared Rougie Foie Gras and Sous-Vide Stockyard Wagyu Rib Eye. As a memento of the evening, take home a chocolate gift from Conspiracy Chocolate, decorated with your personalised message on the box.
