Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Acting on behalf of the Finance Manager in his / her absence as assigned
  • Managing daily reports and distributing tasks to ensure all data is in place and correct
  • Assisting Finance Manager in providing training for the team to ensure that they comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Implementing accounting practices in accordance with company policies, operating procedures and guidelines by the Finance Manager  
  • Ensuring that finance control procedures and systems comply with the requirements of law, owner and management company

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent level
  • 4-5 years of hotel accounting or auditing experience, at least 1 year of experience as an Finance Supervisor or similar management position, or relevant work experience to the same level
  • Possess relevant accounting management knowledge, such as hotel store lease negotiation and lease agreement drafting; processing salary payment; performing asset management responsibilities; providing business forecasts, performing replacement analysis, preparing government reports, and tax declarations etc
  • Candidates with professional accounting or financial titles or certificates are preferred
