- What is the cancellation policy?
Please refer to the preferred property’s website under “Hotels & Residences” to find the cancellation policy of each of our locations – it will be stated prior to payment confirmation when choosing the ‘Book Now’ on the booking engine page. Alternatively, select the option ‘Send Inquiry’ to send a specific query to our reservations team.

Two MacDonnell Road, Hong Kong: check-in 2pm & check-out 12pm
Lanson Place Waterfront Suites, Hong Kong: check-in 3pm & check-out 12pm
Lanson Place Aroma Garden, Shanghai: check-in 2pm & check-out 12pm
Lanson Place Parkside, Shanghai: check-in 2pm & check-out 12pm
Lanson Place Sunland, SHanghai: check-in 2pm & check-out 12pm
Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon, Kuala Lumpur: check-in 3pm & check-out 12pm

We love animals, but unfortunately not all our properties can support them. Please see below for which pets we can support at our various Lanson Place properties.
Lanson Place Causeway Bay: No pets
Two MacDonnell Road: No pets
Lanson Place Waterfront Suites: No pets
Lanson Place Aroma Garden: No pets
Lanson Place Parkside: No pets
Lanson Place Sunland: Can accomodate dogs and cats
Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon: No pets
Lanson Place Winsland: Can accomodate any legal pet in Singapore

Yes, all our Lanson Place properties have laundry facilities.
- Does the property have a pool?
Only Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon and Lanson Place Winsland have a pool. Lanson Place Waterfront Suites has a smaller sized wellness pool on premises.
- Does the property have a Children’s pool?
Unfortunately none of our Lanson Place properties have a dedicated children’s pool.
- Does the property have a Children’s playground?
Our Lanson Place Sunland and Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon have children’s playground..
- Is there a baby chair in the restaurant?
The restaurant at Two MacDonnell Road, café bar on 8 provides baby’s high chair. Simply reserve one at the time of your booking to ensure its availability.
- Is babysitting service available at the property?
Yes, this can be arranged with advance notice.
